Pre- & Postnatal Yoga
Pre Natal Yoga will guide you delightful through this wonderful time of motherhood`s joy and will fortify the mother and child relationship.In Pregnancy Yoga special asanas (exercises) were designed to the needs of the expectant mother, which bring a multiplicity of benefits, like for instance a flexible body, much joy of movement, inner peace and equanimity.

The postnatal yoga exercises take the mother’s organism to the usual shape in a soft way. They strengthen the general condition and act as mood enhancers in the postnatal time!
You are invited to attend our pregnancy courses. Furthermore private lessons will be gladly given for one or more people after agreement by phone!
