Dina Rodrigues, born in Brazil, is now over 84 years old and is still healthy and vital. With a nice figure, flexibility, and shiny hair and personality, she is the best example that you can have no matter how old you are. She still teaches with wit, charm, knowledge, and competence. After many years of yoga experience, she invented hormone yoga for women to increase vitality and wellbeing, especially before, in, or after menopause.Hormone yoga supports your hormonal balance in a natural way by increasing hormone production, which causes revitalisation and helps maintain the hormonal balance. The special series of exercises, which mainly consists of bellows breathing, selected Asanas (positions), and energy circulation, is easy to learn in a hormone yoga lesson. It is also fun and brings relief to the following complaints:
- Period pain
- Sleep disturbances
- Migraines
- Dry skin and hair
- Menopausal complaints (for example hot flashes)
- Wish for child
- Mood swings
- General fatigue, unhappiness, and much more
Every woman should have the chance to get to know and listen to her own body. She should be able to revitalise, strengthen, and form the body naturally. Nevertheless, hormone yoga does not replace medication or a visit to the doctor. If you have any of the symptoms above, you should first talk to your doctor before trying hormone yoga.
